Tim is a native of Walterboro and life-long South Carolina resident. A graduate of Southern Wesleyan University, he has been in the Real Estate business since 1996 and is active in the Anderson and South Carolina Associations of Realtors. Tim has served as Region Vice President, Realtors’ Education Foundation Board Member, State and Local Issues Member, as well as other committees and boards for the state association. Locally, Tim is involved with the Realtors Political Action Committee, Nominating Committee, Board of Director for GAMAC (Greater Anderson Musical Arts Consortium) and continues to serve in other capacities.

A consistent Top Producer since starting in Real Estate, he is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and the Anderson Association's Top Producer Club. Tim's strength in negotiating and marketing has helped him exceed goals year in and year out.

Tim is married to his high school sweetheart Jennifer, and they have two children, Chase and Rachel. Their household is also filled with two energetic dogs and a cat. They are active members of First Presbyterian Church and participate in the Covenant Class.





The Benson family enjoys traveling and spending time together walking, working in their yard, and swimming. Tim can also be found on the golf course when time permits. Known for his relentless energy, Tim is always eager to assist his clients.
